PHYSICIAN'S
OFFICE or LABORATORY: The test can be
performed in a physician's office or laboratory or prescribed for home
use. The test was originally cleared for marketing by the FDA in 1997
and for prescription home use in 1998. The test is categorized as a CLIA-waived
test.
